I. Selecting a Snapshot and Choosing Virtualization Type:

  1. In the management console, open Restore > Block.
  2. In the Block Restore window, drill down to the BMR volume in the source pane and click on the plus sign to display all of the node’s snapshots.

Tip.

The snapshot indicated asLATEST is always the most current. If you select a snapshot with the LATEST label and later save the virtualization job, then the job will be automatically updated in the future to use the most current snapshot.

  1. Select a snapshot to use as your virtualization source by clicking on the selection check box. The check box becomes full and red.
  2. Right-click on the selected snapshot and choose Virtualize from the context menu. The Virtual Machine Information wizard screen appears.
